At 0151 hours, officers conducted a knock-and-talk at 990 W. Chapel Road. Kenneth Benjamin was hiding beneath a deck on the house. Subject had an outstanding warrant (Felony Probation Violation). Mr. Benjamin had 10.6gm (30 rocks) of crack cocaine in his possession. He was charged with Possession With Intent to Manufacture and Distribute, Schedule II, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resist, Delay, Obstruct. Bond set at $15,500 secure.
