Officers were dispatched to the Northside Bar & Grill, located at 853 Merrimon Ave., to assist Asheville Fire & Rescue Arson Task Force in reference to arson. Unknown subject(s) set a fire in the downstairs bathroom of the business while it was open. Report secured for fire marshal. No injuries.
